This information is necessary for us to provide an informed and relevant service. Due to our duty of care, a client cannot remain anonymous. While a client may request to use a pseudonym, a name as listed on ID is required.

We do not retain any credit card or banking details once the payment process is complete. Information is periodically reviewed and securely disposed of, in accordance with legal obligations.
If we become aware of a security breach, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate remedial action, notifying the individual affected as per the Privacy Act.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. It is unlikely that we will disclose information to recipients outside of Australia.
